Wrapping your Taxi
Congratulations. You’ve just booked a Taxi Advertising campaign with Ubiquitous.
Here’s what to expect once you receive your booking confirmation from the UK’s leading Taxi Advertiser.
Please note that the information below is based on artwork being supplied 4 weeks before the in-charge date. For quicker turnarounds, our production team will clarify at the time the campaign is booked.
The first steps… Artwork!
The first thing you’ll have to send to our production team is your campaign artwork. This will be an artwork mock up for either a Superside Taxi (artwork on the two sides including the fenders), a Livery Taxi (a wrap that covers the sides, bonnet, boot, and the roof), or both.
The final artwork mock up you send over must be sent as an adobe illustrator file so our printers can prepare their initial design. The artwork specifications we send through with the booking confirmation should be a good guideline at this stage.
Wait, what’s an in-charge date?
The in-charge date is the date where your campaign officially begins. This will be agreed upon at the booking stage between the client and Ubiquitous.
Admin first
Ubiquitous will print the sales receipt and send the artwork specifications to your key contact. Your key contact from the Ubiquitous sales team and the Ubiquitous Production team will be copied in the email thread, so any initial questions can be answered promptly.
Guidelines and Specifications
As part of your booking email, we’ll send through a comprehensive guide of our artwork specifications. This will provide an outline of the size, image quality, and templates for Electric and TX4 Supersides and Liveries, including Tipseats.
